It is a pleasure to introduce myself! I am January Class and nothing feels better than when we meet, letting our authentic selves shine through.
I am a giver, a listener, and a lover of laughter, without apology. Conversation about all things savory (and otherwise) arouse me. These qualities are what being a Southern woman is all about. Manners count, don’t they?
I was raised to understand that taking care of family and friends is as natural as blinking an eye.
On the other hand, I know the value of sharing intimate moments over a glass of champagne and getting to know one another, allowing anticipation to rise.

To discover meaning, purpose, and beauty are the nuances that color our world. They are the seemingly small details that pop with moments of happiness, bringing smiles to our faces. On that note, here are a few tidbits about me that might make you chuckle.
My favorite flower is the lily which is exceptionally beautiful when it blooms. The white lily symbolizes beauty, elegance and the nature of life. The red lily symbolizes love, courage, passion, and the intensity and strength of emotions. Who can resist?
My favorite meal is a petite filet mignon with sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and a nice wine pairing.
Chocolate soufflé and cheesecake are sinful. Shall we sin together?
I am a sucker for caramel candies.
Caviar and champagne are a match made in heaven, especially when the bubbly is Veuve Clicquot.
My favorite restaurant? There are so many! But I’ll let you in on one of Vegas’ best kept secrets – Marché Bacchus, an exquisite French bistro, off the strip, on the Lake’s edge. (click here for the link) Did someone say romantic? Mais oui!
Favorite pastimes? At the top of my list is international travel. But I also enjoy camping as I feel at one with nature. Parasailing? Zip lining? You bet! And I get a thrill watching any horror movie. Haven’t found one that scares me yet!
Music has a special place in my heart. And yes, I confess. I am a lover of classic rock, anything jazz, and a bit of country, here and there. My favorite artist is Fleetwood Mac.
